We started with a recognition that smaller, lower mid-market companies often find that the costs to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan are prohibitive.
We put in place a structure to remove that barrier through a team of experienced ESOP professionals that deliver services at a price that is generally about half the cost of a typical ESOP implementation. The result are ESOP implementations that are not only favorably priced to market, but ones that meet the stringent trustee, legal and TPA requirements of ERISA, as well as the valuation assurance requirements of the IRS and Department of Labor.
